1. setup mac with macmini user
2. set static IP
3. Add file shares
4. Install chrome
5. Set up Time Machine and Time Machine Editor
6. install JellyFin using Jellyfin Docs
   1. Install brew, ffmpeg, ffmpeg-bar
   2. brew install ffmpeg
   3. npm install --global ffmpeg-progressbar-cli
7. Install PiHole using PiHole Docs
8. Install Homebridge using Homebridge Docs
